Application and deadlines
Make sure to include the following in your application:
- A minimum of 2 and maximum of 4 (recommended) universities you would like to go to.
- A motivation letter (docx, 22 kB)
- A budget overview (docx, 301 kB)
| Destinations outside Europe | No later than聽14 January |
| Destinations in Europe (incl. UK) | No later than 28 February |
NB: German Language and Culture are asked to apply before 9 September.
Going abroad within the study abroad minor?
After applying you need to聽register for the study abroad minor through Osiris in the relevant registration period. This is not necessary for students doing an extracurricular stay abroad or students combining a stay abroad with a thematic minor.
Selection
After the application deadline, it will be decided which student goes where. Check out our step-by-step guide for more information on selection and nomination.
