You like your studies and start studying in high spirits every time, but somehow something always comes up. And then your good intentions and plans evaporate. You recognise that you struggle with your motivation to study and notice a feeling of lack of discipline. You keep putting off studying, which causes stress and possibly poor study results.
What will you learn?
During the self-management training you will take steps to get a better picture of yourself in relation to studying. What does your study behaviour look like, what are your positive and negative qualities and how can you deal with these while studying? You will work towards a study rhythm that suits you better.
Specifically, you will work on understanding your preferred way of studying better, making a schedule and setting goals and priorities. You will not only examine your behaviour, but also the thoughts and feelings underneath that influence it. Together, these ingredients can help you take steps towards a way of studying that suits you better and to which you can commit for a longer period of time.
How do you register?
To take part in the programme, you first need to plan an intake interview with a study trainer. To do so, please complete the online intake form. Once you have completed the intake form, you can plan an intake with a study trainer.
