On 14 February 2024, Corentin Bourdeau defended his thesis titled ‘’. With his research on information structure in Wolof (Niger-Congo, North Atlantic, spoken in Senegal, the Gambia and certain areas of Mauritania), more specifically on the semantics and grammatical structures of the four constructions that have been associated with the expression of focus, Corentin obtained the title of doctor. We want to congratulate Corentin with this remarkable achievement and wish him the best of luck with his future endeavours!
