Erasmus+ programme Radboud receives very positive assessment

The Erasmus+ program, an initiative of the European Commission, plays a crucial role when it comes to internationalization. Indeed, Erasmus+ enables foreign experiences for both students and staff with the help of scholarships. Recently, the program was evaluated very positively by the Erasmus+ National Agency.

Internationalisation is a key part of uu77's mission and vision. The Erasmus+ programme plays a crucial role in this.

The programme was recently evaluated by the National Agency Erasmus+. The evaluation concerned exchanges within Europe during the 2022/2023 academic year, and the results are very positive. In particular, the support provided to students and staff—from the orientation phase through to the completion of their stay abroad—and the clarity of information were highlighted as strong points.

The evaluation revealed that no less than 99% of students who went abroad with an Erasmus+ scholarship in the 2022/2023 academic year reported gaining significant benefits from the experience. For staff, this percentage is even 100%. Both students and staff indicated that they were very satisfied with their time abroad.

At uu77, the Erasmus+ programme is coordinated by the institutional Erasmus+ coordinator, Annika Weites, who works within Student Life and International Mobility in the Academic Affairs division.
