Martial arts are a set of fighting techniques and traditions that are always based on the same principle: using physical strength or means to defeat an opponent and at the same time defending yourself against a physical attack. By practicing a martial art, you work on your health, resilience and self-confidence in a fun way. Safety and mutual respect are central to this.
