1. Credit Card or iDEAL

Once the course leader has approved your application, you will receive an email with a payment link. Payments can be made using either Credit Card or iDEAL. This process is facilitated through the 'AcceptEmail' service.

What is AcceptEmail?

AcceptEmail offers a simple way to pay bills via email. You will always receive an AcceptEmail directly from the receipent, ensuring clarity about who sent the email and the amount you’re paying to whom. 

The validity period of the AcceptEmail is 14 days, please make sure you pay within 14 days.

2. Bank transfer

If you do not have a credit card we can send you our bank details. Please note that all costs related to the fee transfer have to be paid by you. 

In the application form, please select "I will pay online (IDEAL or credit card)" and request for our bank details later on by sending an e-mail to radboudsummerschool [at] ru.nl (radboudsummerschool[at]ru[dot]nl) with the header: "Payment by Bank Transfer [YOUR NAME]".

3. Course fee is paid by someone else
