The General Instrumentation (GI) has a number of high-end with techniques such as confocal laser scanning, spinning disc, widefield epifluorescence, lightsheet, FRAP and TIRF. In addition, the GI facilitates the quantitative analysis and processing of digital images by users, using software such as FIJI/ImageJ (versatile), Huygens / Lightning / Thunder (deconvolution, computational clearing), Imaris (3D representation), CellProfiler (analysis pipelines), and other programs. For intensive data analysis, we provide a remotely accessible server equipped with the necessary hardware and software.
