Financed with an ERC starting grant, project Cool @ School (CatS) contributes to a better understanding of how kids think about and respond to being (un)popular, and how it may shape their bullying behavior.

The NLS has been following children since 1998 to examine the influence of parent and peer interactions on their development. This includes looking at interactions with temperament and personality traits at different ages.

Kandinsky Longitudinal Study
The Kandinsky Longitudinal Study (KLS) began in 2010 and was designed to investigate adolescent social-emotional wellbeing. Data from this project has been used to answer a wide array of research questions on topics such as bullying and popularity.
