For the year 2024, this prize has been awarded to Beatrice van der Heijden, a work- and organisational pshychologist, together with Nikolaos Pahos and Eleanna Galanaki, for their excellent article ‘Multi-level effects of human resource bundles on the performance of ageing employees’.

In a follow-up to this article, van der Heijden discusses in Radboud Science Snacks about age discrimination in the workplace when you apply for a job. What prejudices are there and where do they come from?
