Skylounge and meeting rooms Erasmus Building

Increasingly, staff and students come to admire the view from the 20th floor of the Erasmus Building. The sky lounge and meeting rooms offer a magnificent view of the campus and Nijmegen.

Meeting rooms

There are two meeting rooms available for reservation. Both rooms are fully equipped and offer a pleasant environment for a meeting.
Room reservation includes unlimited coffee and tea, bottle of mineral water, biscuits from De Koekfabriek and hand fruit. Other catering must be requested separately.

Room capacity and rental rate:

Room 20.27: 22 people, € 117,50 per hour
Room 20.26: 12 persons, € 91 per hour

Reservations

Reservations for the meeting rooms are preferably made through . If this is not possible, you can make reservations through the Service Centre (reserveringsbureau-cf [at] ru.nl (reserveringsbureau-cf[at]ru[dot]nl)).

Skylounge

The sky lounge is situated in a corner of the building. There are comfortable armchairs and sofas and a pantry. The sky lounge is a public space during the day but from 5pm-7pm, the sky lounge may be reserved for, for example, receptions and farewell meetings. Availability is always coordinated with meetings taking place at that time.

By placing a catering order and/or room reservation, you automatically agree to the Uniform Terms and Conditions. Price and range changes reserved.

General conditions

All prices quoted apply to internal clients of uu77 and are VAT free. Internal clients should provide a valid cost centre, project code or specialisation.
Payment for internal clients takes place via settlement in Oracle.
For other clients prices are increased with VAT.
Clients without a uu77 cost centre will be sent an invoice.
Personnel costs are included when providing an activity on weekdays between 08.00 and 20.00 hours. After 20.00 and on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays a surcharge applies in accordance with the collective labour agreement. The additional costs will be included in the quotation.
For delivery outside Campus & Facilities' catering locations, a surcharge of €7.50 applies. After 5 p.m. this surcharge is € 15.

Final order date catering

Coffee, tea, pastry/pastry: 1 working day before delivery date before 11 am
Lunch with service: 5 working days before delivery date
Lunch without service: 1 working day before delivery date before 11 am
Served receptions: 5 working days before delivery date
Receptions without service: 2 working days before delivery date
Bites (except hot bites) and drinks: 4 working days before delivery date
Dinners, buffets: 10 working days before delivery date
Weekend catering and events: 10 working days before delivery date

Cancellation conditions

Guest cancellations

The guest cannot derive any rights from a verbal cancellation.
In case of no-show, the guest will be obliged to pay the reservation value in all cases.

Cancellation of catering agreement

If the agreement is cancelled more than 14 working days before the reserved time no fee is charged.
In case of cancellation more than 10 working days before the reserved time, 10% of the reservation value has to be paid.
In case of cancellation more than 4 working days before the reserved time, 50% of the reservation value has to be paid.
In case of cancellation 3 workdays or less before the reserved time, 75% of the reservation value has to be paid.
In case of cancellation 24 hours or less before the reserved time, 100% of the reservation value has to be paid.

Cancellation of room booking

If the agreement is cancelled more than 1 month before the start date no fee is charged.
In case of cancellation more than 14 working days before the reserved time, 10% of the reservation value has to be paid.
In case of cancellation more than 10 working days before the reserved time, 15% of the reservation value has to be paid.
In case of cancellation more than 3 working days before the reserved time, 25% of the reservation value has to be paid.
In case of cancellation 24 hours before the reserved time, 40% of the reservation value has to be paid.
In case of cancellation 24 hours or less before the reserved time, 100% of the reservation value has to be paid.
