A lower or higher salary, holiday allowance or end-of-year bonus

The salary that you are paid may be lower or higher if:
- You have started to either work less hours or more hours.
- You have used your salary in the Selection Model, for example, to supplement your travel expenses or you have exchanged your holiday hours for additional income.
- Your allowance has increased or decreased, because you may have worked irregular working hours.
- You have either received an advance on your salary or this advance has been withheld.
- The reimbursement that you received for your travel expenses has either increased or decreased.
- You have advanced to the next increment.
The holiday allowance or end-of-year bonus that you are paid may be smaller or larger if:
- You have started to work less hours or more hours, which has resulted in a smaller or larger holiday allowance or end-of-year bonus.
- You have used your holiday allowance or end-of-year bonus in the Selection Model, for example, to buy a bicycle.
- The percentage of your payroll tax has changed because you earned more last year.
