Moving leave

If uu77 asks you to move because of your job, you will be granted leave. The university will only ask you to move closer to the campus if you have a job that requires you to be able to get to the campus fairly quickly.

You will be given:

  • One day off to look for a house 
  • Two days off for the actual move

In all other cases, you will need to use up your own holiday hours for the move.

Relocation allowance

If you relocate so that you can be closer to your job at uu77, you may be able to get a relocation allowance.

Request holiday

You can request your own holiday in BASS. Your request will be automatically forwarded to your supervisor, who will review your request.

Updating personal employee information

If you move, your address details will obviously change. These can be updated in BASS. You can also update your personal information and your preferred language in either of these systems.
