Citation
The correct citation of sources and literature is an integral part of a literature study. The scientific community has strict rules for source citation. These rules differ for each discipline and have been incorporated into different citation styles. As a researcher, you will need to follow the rules that have been prescribed by the publisher or editor.

Reference management programs simplify the process of managing references and citing literature. They provide full-text linking and search capabilities and can format citations in many different citation styles.
