Social inclusion results in feeling of belonging and erases barriers arising from in-group affiliations. I address how social norms affect social inclusion and prosocial behavior.
I use economic experiments, field or secondary data, to address behavioural interventions, institutions and policies affecting social inclusion, and what are the consequences of (absence of) social inclusion.

As one of the Radboud Teaching and Learning Centre Ambassadors, I have the luxury to set aside some time to work on education. I strive to transform my commitment to teacher and student learning into concrete actions. One of the is co-organizing Brown bag Education meetings monthly at Faculty of Management, connecting ideas and talents of colleagues from Faculty of Management to those around the university and TLC.
