Active Living

Club / group / network

Our society is becoming increasingly inactive. The rise in sedentary behaviour and a decline in exercise and sports have been linked to various health issues and a diminished quality of life and well-being. The critical question driving all our research is: how can we encourage people to get moving and stay active?
