Do you hold a master's degree and work in education or (mental) health care? The International Advanced Master in Gifted Education & Care (iamGE&C) is an in-depth programme for professionals who want to make an impact in the public, professional and academic debate on gifted education and care. In 36 months, as a scientist-practitioner, you will bridge the gap between practice and scientific research. You will be encouraged to publish your research in scientific journals. Upon completion of the programme, you will receive an internationally accredited master's degree (MSc) and an ECHA qualification (MAS). Want to know if this programme suits you?

The blended iamGE&C programme combines theory and practice across five comprehensive modules:
Module I: Foundations of Gifted Education Support and Care
Develop a strong foundation in recognising and supporting the intellectual, social, and emotional needs of gifted individuals.
Module II: Critical Issues in Gifted Education
Deepen your understanding of research methodology and statistics.
Module III: Putting Theory into Practice
Apply your knowledge in a practical setting, contributing directly to your professional environment while developing as a scientist-practitioner.
Module IV: Reflection on Gifted Education and Care
Design a research proposal to address a specific issue in gifted education.
Module V: Research on Giftedness
In this final module, you conduct a scientific study and write an article that meets the standards for publication in a peer-reviewed journal. Additionally, you present your research results at a conference. During the concluding seminar, you discuss how you plan to make a lasting impact in the field of giftedness, both in science and in practice.
International Master's degree
IamGE&C by the (NVAO) is accredited and leads to an internationally recognized master’s degree (MSc) and (ECHA) qualification (the latter pending approval), helping you shape your career both nationally and internationally.
