Bilingual education is becoming more and more popular. Ever more schools are offering vocational education in German, especially in the east of the Netherlands. This allows children to get to know our neighbours’ language in a fun way in primary education; in secondary education, knowing about German language and culture helps with job opportunities later on. There are also an increasing number of collaborative projects with Germany in senior secondary vocational education (MBO) in terms of learning, internships and exchanges.
We have years of experience in training and coaching teachers. For example:
- Training programmes, where teachers learn to teach in German.
- Tailor-made programmes, such as workplace peer consultation.
- Preparatory tracks for Goethe certification.
The courses vary in scope and intensity and are adapted to the different types of school in which German-language education is offered.

You can follow this course at our location, in-company or remotely via the virtual classroom. A combination is also possible. Together we can determine what is desirable and feasible and we can discuss the approach and design of the course.
